I'm Heather. I live in Seattle and I work in the Multi Family Housing Industry with my company BTLD Consulting Services as a Consultant, Speaker, and Trainer. I'm going to throw this out there... I LOVE MY JOB!!! I also love marketing, resident retention, and helping out people. I like pretty much everyone, my dog, my Alan, and have special fondness for eating honey straight from the comb and putting seasoned salt on popcorn or cottage cheese.
